As our house renovations and my quest for organization get into full swing, I wanted to share my latest little project with you guys: A Chic Bracelet Organizer made from an Old Shoe box.
I love the suede-lined tubes inside that keep all my bracelets in a nice little single file. (Now if only my kids could line up that way…)
It’s so nice to finally be able to see them all, keep my delicate beaded bracelets from getting tangled in my metal bangles, and personally, I love the look of it! Feel free to personalize this project to fit your own room decor. That’s part of the fun in a DIY right?
So now, first things first. You need to find an old shoe box. I chose to use this one that came with my daughter’s new sneakers. I like the slightly smaller size of the box and thought it would fit on top my dresser a little easier than a full-size one. Plus, since I really liked this tutorial, I plan on making another larger one to stack underneath for rings, earrings, etc.

How To Make A Bracelet Organizer from a Shoe Box:
First, you are going to lay your cardboard lid on the top of your suede fabric.
Using a hot glue gun, fold and adhere the fabric to the lid. You shouldn’t have to use any glue on the visible exterior of the lid. Instead, pull the fabric tight and glue on the underside for a more finished look when the bracelet organizer is closed.
Next, cut your paper towel rolls to fit inside the shoe box.
They should be tight, but not too tight to slide in and out once there are bracelets on them.
Now, pull your paper towel rolls out and spray paint the bottom half of the shoe box.
While the paint is drying, roll your paper towel rolls in the suede fabric and cut to fit.
Use the hot glue gun to secure in place.
Hot Glue whatever embellishment you would like on top of your lid and you should be left with something similiar to this:
By now your painted shoe box should be dry. Put it all together and see how it looks!
I love how organized they all are in there and how the pretty little bracelet organizer looks on my dresser.
